In this course, we will break down the theory of two main personality typing systems, Myers-Briggs and Enneagram, and learn how to apply them to our own individual behavior. We will explore ways to use these systems to better understand ourselves: our strengths, weaknesses, comfort zones, and opportunities for growth. Please bring a laptop or smartphone to class, as we will be taking some online personality tests too!
